I bought a wooden olive press. It arrives and doesn't work. The olives fall out. I take a video. I send it and he apologizes. He says there's a piece of wood missing. He apologizes and tells me he'll fix it. He calls back the next day saying the guys in the warehouse say the piece left intact (what a memory) without giving my name, he already knew who I was. 🤣🤣🤣🤦 so if I want it, I'll pay the shipping costs.
